Veggie Bite Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 box Get Vegged Veggie Bites
  • Selection of chopped vegetables and mozzarella balls
  • 4 cups mixed greens

Method

  1. Cook the veggie bites on an oven proof tray at 200°C for 10 minutes.
  2. When cooked, remove and thread on skewers along with your selection of fresh vegetables and cheese.
  3. Serve with a simple tossed salad and a selection of dipping sauces, we love
    chipotle mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce, or drizzle with some balsamic vinegar.
