Ingredients

  • 4 Get Vegged Kotletas
  • 8 tbsp tomato sugo
  • handful of basil leaves
  • 300g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Your choice of greens to serve

Method

  1. Place four kotletas on a baking tray and spray lightly with olive oil. Top with the sugo, some basil leaves and three slices of mozzarella. Season well.
  2. Bake in a 200°C oven for 20 minutes.
  3. Serve with your choice of pan fried or steamed vegetables and a wedge of lemon.
