- 4 Get Vegged Kotletas
- 8 tbsp tomato sugo
- handful of basil leaves
- 300g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Your choice of greens to serve
- Place four kotletas on a baking tray and spray lightly with olive oil. Top with the sugo, some basil leaves and three slices of mozzarella. Season well.
- Bake in a 200°C oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve with your choice of pan fried or steamed vegetables and a wedge of lemon.
